Weissr Capex connects to your ERP, identity provider, BI tools, and asset management systems — through pre-built connectors, open APIs, file-based imports, and an MCP connector for AI agents and other systems. Official SAP partner with three dedicated S/4HANA connectors.
On one side, the enterprise systems where capital, people and reporting live. On the other, the engineering and operational systems where assets and projects actually run. Weissr Capex connects both — bi-directionally, securely, and with a single asset base in the middle.
Inbound integrations keep Weissr Capex aligned with your systems of record. Pre-built imports for users, organisational structure, FX rates, property codes, and project actuals — via REST API in JSON or CSV files over SFTP.
Once a project is approved in Weissr Capex, the data flows directly into your ERP — no re-keying, no parallel reconciliations. Multiple destinations can be configured per company, division, or asset category, and routing happens automatically based on project properties.
Weissr Capex is an official SAP PartnerEdge Build partner. Our S/4HANA connectors are built to SAP-reviewed architecture standards — no middleware required.
Automatically transfers validated master data from SAP S/4HANA into Weissr Capex — company codes, cost centres, profit centres, GL codes. Eliminates manual synchronisation and ensures every capex request is based on accurate, up-to-date SAP data.
Once a project is approved in Weissr Capex, it is automatically exported to SAP as a WBS element or Internal Order — the moment it is sanctioned. SAP returns its project ID back to Weissr Capex for full end-to-end traceability. No re-keying, no delay.
For organisations whose SAP integration landscape runs through SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) — the standard middleware for most large SAP environments. Connect Weissr Capex without additional middleware.

"The connection between Weissr Capex and SAP is seamless, making it an excellent tool to support our operational needs. It helps speed up the capex process and provides transparency across the entire workflow."Specialist in Global FinanceIndustrial Manufacturing Firm
Weissr Capex integrates with Oracle Fusion, IFS, and any other ERP through REST API, SFTP, custom mappers, or middleware. A growing catalogue of pre-built connectors and tested integration patterns. Don't see yours? Almost any system with a REST API or SFTP can be connected.
Live with enterprise customers. Projects registered in Oracle at final approval, actuals imported back to Weissr Capex for budget vs. actuals tracking. FX rates and master data synced via Oracle API.
Live with customersIntegration patterns tested for IFS environments. Connect via REST API, SFTP file import, or a middleware layer such as MuleSoft or Azure Logic Apps between Weissr Capex and IFS.
REST API · MiddlewareWeissr Capex supports any ERP that communicates via REST API, SFTP, or standard middleware — MuleSoft, Azure Logic Apps, Boomi. Custom data mappers available for non-standard formats.
REST · SFTP · MiddlewareWeissr Capex covers both workflow integrations — tied directly to the capex approval and execution flow — and non-workflow integrations that keep reference data current.
Weissr Capex exposes its data through a Model Context Protocol (MCP) connector, so external systems and AI agents can connect and retrieve the data they need on demand — securely, with the same role-based access controls as a human user. Every retrieval is audit-logged. The easiest path for "give me an agent that can answer capex questions" without writing custom integration code.

"Weissr's implementation process was smooth, and they have met all of our IT security requirements. The fact that it's a cloud solution with strong data security measures has been a huge benefit for us, especially when handling highly confidential financial data."IT ManagerEuropean Energy Corporation
Connector 1 (Master Data Sync) transfers validated master data from SAP S/4HANA into Weissr Capex — company codes, cost centres, GL codes — automatically, with no manual synchronisation. Connector 2 (Project Export) sends approved projects from Weissr Capex into SAP as WBS elements or Internal Orders the moment they are sanctioned, with the SAP project ID returned to Weissr Capex for traceability. Connector 3 (SAP BTP/CPI) is currently in development and will allow organisations whose SAP landscape runs through SAP Business Technology Platform to connect without additional middleware.
Weissr Capex is an official SAP partner with native S/4HANA connectors. We also have live integration with Oracle Fusion ERP and tested integration patterns for IFS. Any other ERP can be connected via REST API, SFTP, custom data mapper, or middleware (MuleSoft, Azure Logic Apps, Boomi).
No. The Weissr Capex SAP Connectors are installed on the SAP side and communicate natively with Weissr Capex — no middleware required. For other ERPs, you can either implement a custom data mapper or insert a middleware layer; both options are fully supported.
Outbound to ERP supports Basic Auth, API key, OAuth 2.0, and certificate-based authentication. Inbound from ERP, each source system is issued its own credentials so incoming data is authenticated and attributed correctly. All traffic is encrypted with TLS 1.2+. Separate credentials and endpoint configurations per environment (dev / test / prod).
Yes. Multiple export destinations can be configured in Weissr Capex. The target destination is selected dynamically based on project properties — for example, the company or division field on the project form determines which ERP instance receives the export.
Weissr Capex exposes a database-friendly schema designed for BI consumption. Connect Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or any tool that reads from a database, or use file-based exports for environments that need them.
Weissr Capex integrates with Azure AD / Entra ID, Okta, OneLogin and other SAML 2.0 / OIDC identity providers for single sign-on. A real-time API keeps user status in Weissr Capex in sync with your IdP — joiners, movers and leavers handled automatically.
The MCP connector exposes Weissr Capex data through the open Model Context Protocol standard. Any system or AI agent that speaks MCP — including AI assistants, BI tools, and bespoke internal applications — can connect and retrieve data on demand. Authentication runs through your IdP, the same role-based access controls apply as for human users, and every retrieval is audit-logged. It is the simplest path for "give me an agent that can answer capex questions" without writing custom integration code.
Pre-built connectors (SAP, SSO, FX rates) typically configure in days. End-to-end implementation including bespoke mapping and customer-side ERP work usually takes 1–4 months depending on the complexity of your ERP environment.
Share the systems you need to integrate with — ERP, IdP, BI, EAM. We will walk you through the pattern, the connector, and what implementation actually looks like for your environment.
